Mango Iced Tea Recipe
A vegetarian Continental recipe with mango (ripe), tea bags, lemon juice. Ready in 40 min, serves 4.

To begin making the Mango Iced Tea, firstly wash, peel, chop the mangoes and puree them in a blender and refrigerate it
mango (ripe)(2)mango (ripe) - sliced (optional)(1) - 2
Heat water in a sauce pan and dip the tea bags and turn off the gas
tea bags(2)water(4 cups) - 3
Let the tea bag rest in the pan for a while till the water cools completely
water(4 cups) - 4
Remove the tea bags and refrigerate the black tea
tea bags(2) - 5
In a blender jar, add chilled tea, mango puree, lemon juice and sugar and blend together
mango (ripe)(2)lemon juice(1 tablespoon)sugar - as neededlemon - few slicesmango (ripe) - sliced (optional)(1) - 6
Pour the prepared Mango Iced Tea in the serving glass

Add plenty of ice, some lemon slices and mint leaf to garnish
lemon juice(1 tablespoon)lemon - few slicesmint leaves (pudina) - few - 8
Serve Mango Iced Tea to beat the scorching heat this summer along with snacks like Muesli Banana Fritters and Gobi Matar Mini Samosa
