Lugai Gosht Recipe - Mutton In Spicy Tomato Onion Gravy

To begin making the Lugai Gosht recipe, heat oil and ghee in a pressure cooker
ghee - as required - 2
Add the whole spices including cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, black pepper corns, dry red chillies to the cooker and cook it for about 30 seconds
green chilli(3)inch cinnamon stick (dalchini)(1)cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon)whole black peppercorns(4)cumin powder (jeera) - adjustable(1/2 tablespoon)red chilli powder - adjustable(1/2 tablespoon)dry red chillies(2) - 3
After 30 seconds, add thinly sliced onions and cook till they turn brown in colour
onion - thinly sliced(750 grams)inch ginger - thinly sliced(1/2) - 4
Once it is done, add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and tomatoes along with cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt

Mix properly and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes

Next, add the meat and mix well

Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 2 whistles

After 2 whistles, open the lid and let it simmer for 10 minutes

Garnish with coriander and thinly sliced ginger
