To begin making Kasuri Methi Paneer Sabzi Recipe, in a non-stick stir fry pan, add cooking oil and heat it over medium heat
paneer (homemade cottage cheese) - cubed(1 cup)tablespoons kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)(2) - 2
Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and let them sizzle
cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon) - 3
Then add finely chopped onion and saute till they become transparent; Add tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy
onions - finely chopped(2)tomatoes - finely chopped(2)ginger - finely chopped(1 teaspoon)garlic - finely chopped(1 teaspoon) - 4
Add the masala powders, red chilli powder, garam masala and saute for a minute
turmeric powder (haldi)(1 teaspoon)red chilli powder(2 teaspoon)-1/ garam masala powder(2 teaspoon) - 5
Crush methi leaves with your hand and stir them well into the pan
tablespoons kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)(2) - 6
Add required amount of salt
salt - to tastesunflower oil - as required - 7
Add the paneer pieces to the spicy mixture in the pan
paneer (homemade cottage cheese) - cubed(1 cup) - 8
Combine Kasuri Methi Paneer Sabzi them well and simmer for about 3 - 4 minutes

Do not saute often after adding paneer, as the paneer pieces may break and crumble
