To make kale and mushroom French soup recipe, first wash and cut the mushrooms thoroughly
kale - chopped(1 cup)gm button mushrooms(100) - 2
Cut them all and keep them separately

Now heat the butter in a saucepan
butter(1 teaspoon) - 4
Add finely chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute
kale - chopped(1 cup)onion - chopped(1)cloves garlic - chopped(2)capsicum (red) - choppedcapsicum (pili) - chopped take apple cider vinegar(1 teaspoon) - 5
Now add onion and cook till it becomes soft
onion - chopped(1) - 6
After the onion becomes soft, add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes
gm button mushrooms(100)onion - chopped(1) - 7
After 2 minutes, add vegetable or chicken stock to it and let it boil
vegetable stock - or chicken stock(2 cups) - 8
After boiling, add 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar and mix it
capsicum (pili) - chopped take apple cider vinegar(1 teaspoon) - 9
Now add black and capsicum to it and cook for 2 minutes
capsicum (red) - choppedcapsicum (pili) - chopped take apple cider vinegar(1 teaspoon)black pepper powder - to taste - 10
Add parcel, salt, pepper and mix after 2 minutes
parcel(1 tablespoon)salt - to tasteblack pepper powder - to taste - 11
Now add cream and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
cream(2 teaspoon) - 12
Turn off the flame and serve
