    To make pumpkin capsicum vegetable, first heat oil in a pan

    pumpkin(1 kg)capsicum (green) - chopped(1)oil(1 teaspoon)

    Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds

    mustard(1/2 teaspoon)cumin(1 teaspoon)fenugreek seeds(1/4 teaspoon)

    Allow to cook for 10 seconds

    After 10 seconds, add green chili, capsicum and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes

    Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tomato, pumpkin, sambar powder, salt and jaggery
