    In a mixing bowl, combine the sooji, green chutney, curd, cooking oil and salt to taste

    Mix vigorously and allow it to sit for a good 30 minutes

    After the 30 minutes you will see the sooji has fluffed up well

    Add a little water if required to make a thick dhokla batter

    Preheat the steamer with water and keep it ready

    Grease a dhokla plate generously with oil
