To make garlic lentils, first cook the lentils in a pressure cooker with water
cloves garlic(10) - 2
After cooking, keep it to cool down

Now roast green chillies in a pan without oil
green chillies - add to your taste(5)oil(1 tablespoon)green coriander - little - 4
Remove separately

Now mix dal, green chillies, garlic, tamarind paste and salt in a mixer and grind them
tamarind paste(1/4 cup)green chillies - add to your taste(5)cloves garlic(10)salt - as per tastegreen coriander - little - 6
Now heat oil in a pan
oil(1 tablespoon) - 7
Add mustard seeds and curry leaves
mustard(1 teaspoon)curry leaves(10) - 8
After 10 seconds, add powdered lentils to it and turn off the gas

After closing, garnish with green coriander

Serve Garlic Dal with gourd elder greens, boondi raita and phulka for dinner
