To begin with Thandai Shahi Tukda, firstly cut the bread slice into round shape with a cookie cutter

Heat pure ghee in a wide pan and shallow fry the bread pieces for about a minute or until light brown and crisp

Heat the milk in another heavy bottom pan and bring the milk to boil and add sweetened condensed milk

Simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring continuously

Adjust the sugar according to your taste

Switch off the heat and let it cool down

Next, add the Thandai masala in it and stir

make sure everything is mixed properly

Dip fried bread pieces into sugar syrup(chasni) and take out immediately
