To make Dhugare Brinjal Recipe, first take an eggplant and roast it directly on the gas
eggplant(1) - 2
When the eggplants are not removed from the upper layer, they can continue
eggplant(1) - 3
Once done, turn off the gas and remove the top layer from the eggplant

Now mash the brinjals and put them in a pot

Now add curd, onion, green chilli, cumin powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, salt and mix
green chilli - chopped(1)cumin powder(1 teaspoon)kashmiri red chilli powder(1/2 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1/2 teaspoon)onion - thin and straight cut(1)salt - ghee(1 tablespoon) - 6
Keep it aside

Now keep a piece of coal on the gas and keep it on high flame till it becomes red

After the coal is roasted, place it in a bowl and cover it with eggplant pot
eggplant(1) - 9
Open after 3 to 5 minutes, remove the coal and mix

Garnish with green coriander and serve
