    To prepare cabbage pachadi recipe, heat oil in a pan, add urad dal and chana dal and saute it on low flame till golden brown in colour

    white urad dal (split)(1 tablespoon)cabbage (patta gobi/ muttaikose) - roughly chopped(2 cups)

    Add green chillies and curry leaves

    stir and mix well

    Now add chopped cabbage

    Add some salt as per your taste and let it cook for next 8-9 minutes, make sure that cabbage is half cooked, there should be a slight crunch in them

    Let the mixture cool down

    Now add the cabbage mixture in a grinder jar

    Add mustard seeds and let them crackle
