To begin making the Besan Bread Toast, take a big bowl, add besan, onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, season with salt and enough water to make a semi thick batter
whole wheat brown bread - whole wheat(4)onion - finely chopped(1)tomato - finely chopped(1)green chilli - finely chopped(1)coriander (dhania) leaves - finely chopped(1/4 cup)turmeric powder (haldi)(1/2 teaspoon)sunflower oil - for making the toastsalt - to taste - 2
Heat a skillet on medium heat, brush it with oil

Take a bread slice, dip it into the besan batter and place it on the heated skillet to cook the besan bread toast

Apply a little oil on the sides to cook the bread toast over medium heat
