To make Bengali flower Gobhi Paturi, first wash and chop the potatoes and cabbage
potato - chopped(1 cup)cabbage - chopped(2 cups) - 2
Now pour water in a saucepan and let it boil
oil(1 tablespoon) - 3
After the water boils, add cauliflower and let it cook till it becomes soft
oil(1 tablespoon) - 4
Drain the water and keep the cauliflower separately

Now heat oil in a pan
oil(1 tablespoon) - 6
Add cumin seeds and let it cook for 30 seconds
cumin seeds - black(1 tablespoon)tablespoons poppy seeds(3) - 7
Now add cabbage, potato, turmeric powder, salt and mix
potato - chopped(1 cup)cabbage - chopped(2 cups)turmeric powder(1/2 teaspoon)salt(1/2 teaspoon) - 8
Cover the pan and cook until the vegetables are cooked

Mix poppy seeds in a cup of water and keep it separately for 5 minutes
cumin seeds - black(1 tablespoon)tablespoons poppy seeds(3) - 11
After that take out the water and grind it in a mixer grinder with green chillies

Put this mixture in the pan

Mix and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes
