To begin making the Beetroot Carrot Raita Recipe, grate the carrots and beetroots and set aside
carrot (gajjar) - grated(1/2 cup)beetroot - grated(1) - 2
Meanwhile, whisk yogurt in a bowl, add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt to taste
cumin powder (jeera) - lightly roasted(1 tablespoon)red chilli powder(1 tablespoon)salt - to tastechaat masala powder(1/2 tablespoon) - 3
Now add grated carrot and beetroot
carrot (gajjar) - grated(1/2 cup)beetroot - grated(1) - 4
Mix everything well and garnish it with mint leaves
mint leaves (pudina) - few for garnishing - 5
Serve cold
