We begin making the Apple Almond Cake Recipe by preheating the oven to 180 degree celsius

Lightly grease a Bundt pan or tube pan

In a bowl, mix together the apples, almonds, vanilla, and cinnamon
cinnamon powder (dalchini)(1/2 teaspoon)apples - diced small(2)teaspoons vanilla extract(2) - 4
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt
all purpose flour (maida)(3 cups)teaspoons baking powder(2)baking soda(1/2 teaspoon)salt(1/2 teaspoon) - 5
Using an electric mixer beat the sugar, oil, and eggs in a large bowl
-/2 caster sugar(1 cups)whole eggs - (for eggless: 2 s milk + 1/2 curd)(3 cup) - 6
Add in the dry ingredients and beat until completely combined

If you are making it eggless / egg free: instead of the eggs - add the milk and curd
whole eggs - (for eggless: 2 s milk + 1/2 curd)(3 cup) - 9
Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until a tester inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean

Allow the cake to fully cool in the pan, about 1 hour, and then turn it out onto a plate
