To begin making the Mamidikaya Perugu Pachadi, heat a kadai with oil, add mustard seeds and urad dal and allow it splutter for 10 seconds
mustard seeds(1 teaspoon)white urad dal (split)(1 teaspoon) - 2
Add curry leaves, hing, dry red chillies and leave the curry leaves to crackle for 10 seconds
green chilli - chopped(1)sprig curry leaves(1)dry red chillies(2) - 3
Add chopped onions and green chilli and saute till the onions turn translucent
mango (raw) - chopped into small(1 pieces)pearl onions (sambar onions) - chopped(1 cup)green chilli - chopped(1) - 4
Drop in the chopped raw mango and turmeric powder and saute them for 10 minutes
mango (raw) - chopped into small(1 pieces)pearl onions (sambar onions) - chopped(1 cup)green chilli - chopped(1)turmeric powder (haldi)(1/2 teaspoon) - 5
Meanwhile take yogurt in a bowl and add little water and beat till it is thick and creamy
