    To begin making the Nariyal Ki Kachori Recipe (Farali Aloo Vada), in a large mixing bowl, first mash the boiled potatoes until it is creamy

    Add arrowroot powder, salt and cumin to the potato and stir well to combine

    In a bowl combine the fresh coconut, coriander, green chili,ginger,lemon juice, sugar, cashew nuts, peanuts ,raisins and a pinch of salt to taste

    Use your fingers and combine all the ingredients well

    Shape the potato mixture into lemon size balls

    Grease your palms and fingers with oil and take a potato ball and flatten it by pressing with your fingertips

    Spoon about a tablespoon of coconut mixture in the center
