To make potato and radish leaves vegetable, first wash and cut radish leaves
radish leaves(300 grams) - 2
Now heat oil in a pan

Add radish leaves, salt and let it cook till the leaves become soft
radish leaves(300 grams)salt - as per taste - 4
Keep it aside

Now heat the oil in the same pan

Add cumin seeds, dry red chillies and cook for 10 seconds
dry red chillies - break out of the middle(2)cumin powder(1 teaspoon)small spoon red chilli powder(1) - 7
After 10 seconds, add garlic and let it cook for 30 seconds
cloves garlic - finely chopped(4) - 8
Then add potatoes to it
potatoes - boiled(2) - 9
After 1 minute add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder
salt - as per tastecumin powder(1 teaspoon)small spoon red chilli powder(1)turmeric powder(1 teaspoon) - 10
Mix and cook until the potatoes are cooked
potatoes - boiled(2) - 11
Now add radish leaves and mix
radish leaves(300 grams) - 12
Allow to cook for 30 seconds and serve hot

Serve potato and radish leaves with Rajasthani lentils and phulka for dinner
