A vegetarian Cantonese recipe with hakka noodles - packet, onions - cut it straight and thin, inch ginger - cut it straight and thin. Ready in 50 min, serves 4.

To make Vegetarian Hakka Noodles recipe, first cook the noodles according to the instruction given on the packet
hakka noodles - packet(1) - 2
After cooking, keep the noodles under cold water so that the noodles are steamed and cooked
hakka noodles - packet(1) - 3
After the water has gone out, add some oil and mix, it will not stick the noodles to each other
hakka noodles - packet(1) - 4
Now heat the oil in a pan

Add onion, ginger, and cook till the onion becomes soft
inch ginger - cut it straight and thin(1) - 6
Now add capsicum, carrot, beans, cabbage, green onion, salt, black pepper powder and cook on high flame for 2 minutes
carrot - finely chopped(1)capsicum (green) - cut straight and thin(1)cabbage - cut straight and thin(1 cup)green beans - cut straight and thin(1/2 cup)sprig green onions - cut(4)black pepper powder(1/2 teaspoon)salt - oil as per taste(1 tablespoon) - 7
Now add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, chilli vinegar and cook for 2 minutes
soy sauce(1/2 teaspoon)red chilli sauce(1 teaspoon)chilli vinegar(1/2 teaspoon) - 8
Now add noodles to it and mix well

Turn off the gas after 1 minute and survey it
