    To begin making the Teriyaki Tofu recipe, heat a medium size wide pan

    tofu - cubed(200 grams)

    Add the soy sauce

    When the soy sauce starts boiling, add the brown sugar

    Let the brown sugar melt completely and start caramelising

    Now add honey, chilli sauce and the sesame seeds

    dark soy sauce(1/4 cup)-/2 honey(1 teaspoon)sesame seeds (til seeds) - lightly toasted(1 teaspoon)teaspoons sriracha sauce - or any chilli sauce (optional)(2)

    When the sauce thickens, add the cubed paneer or tofu

    Mix to coat them well and switch off

    Garnish with the spring onion greens and serve hot
