To begin making Simple & Luscious Pista Ice Cream Recipe, take the Pistachios in a blender and crush it to form a coarse mixture and keep aside
fresh cream(1 cup)pistachios(2 tablespoon)pistachio extract(1 teaspoon) - 2
In a mixing bowl take the fresh cream
fresh cream(1 cup) - 3
Whip it on a high speed with a electric hand blender or stand mixer for about 3 mins

The cream would become thick

Now add in the condensed milk and whip once gain such that both cream and condensed milk are blended evenly

This is the ice cream base we can customize the ice cream with as many flavours as we need

Next add in the Pista Essence and whip for another 30 secs

Now add in the crushed pistachios and add it to the Ice cream mixture and fold once

In a freezer safe bowl pour the ice-cream base

Freeze it for minimum 8 hours or overnight for it to get set
