To begin with the Quick Vegetable Noodles Recipe,Keep the chopped vegetables ready aside
pasta - egg noodles(250 grams)onion - chopped roughly(1)tomato - chopped roughly(1) - 2
Cook the egg noodles as per the packet’s instructions, mine could be used straight away, no boiling required
pasta - egg noodles(250 grams) - 3
Heat oil and butter in a wok
butter(1 tablespoon) - 4
Add chopped garlic and grated ginger, sauté for a minute
cloves garlic(6)ginger - grated(1 teaspoon)onion - chopped roughly(1)tomato - chopped roughly(1) - 5
Add in chopped onion and fry for 3-4 minutes till it gets light brown in colour
onion - chopped roughly(1)tomato - chopped roughly(1) - 6
Now add in all the vegetables and beans along with all the spices and 2-3 tablespoons of water
green beans (french beans) - thinly sliced(5) - 7
Mix well, and cook this covered, for like 8-10 minutes on medium flame

Add in the herbs, check seasoning and add the egg noodles to the wok
pasta - egg noodles(250 grams)mixed herbs (dried) - (oregano(1 tablespoon) - 9
Gently fold it and cover the lid again, simmer the quick vegetable pasta for one more minute and turn off
pasta - egg noodles(250 grams) - 10
Your Quick Vegetable Noodles is ready to be served

Transfer it to a serving plate and garnish it with cilantro
