To begin preparing the Baledindina Kosambari Recipe soak the dal for an hour and then drain the water

Finely chop the vegetables and add it to the dal in a mixing bowl
coriander (dhania) leaves - finely chopped(1 tablespoon) - 3
Add freshly grated coconut, coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice and mix it well

The next step is tempering

For tempering, heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds
mustard seeds(1 teaspoon) - 6
Once it crackles, add asafoetida and curry leaves and let it crisp up
coriander (dhania) leaves - finely chopped(1 tablespoon)pinch asafoetida (hing)(1)sprig curry leaves(1) - 7
Add it to the kosambari and mix everything properly
