To make the Bell Pepper and Parsley Rice Recipe, first heat olive oil in a pressure cooker
olive oil(2 teaspoon)rice - washed and dried(1 cup)olive oil(1 tablespoon)parsley - 2
Now add garlic and cook for 30 seconds

Let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes
